According to another poster, the bearings were a Shafer Cup 23700 and a Shafer Cone 23704. I checked and the cone is no longer available unless you can find a NOS bearing.
Like Butch suggested, take measurements. Measure the inside of the cone and the outside of the cup. If there was no damage other than normal roller surfaces wear, these will be your most accurate. The overall thickness of both cup and cone together only has to be close if shims are used to load the bearing.
