Get a good manual, I&T or the AC ones that are reproduced. A good parts manual also helps, so you can see how things go together and what is "correct". After that, it's just like any other restoration, make everything like it was new. Be sure to put new cam bushings in as the cam is the main oil galley and worn bushings account for a lot of low oil pressure problems.
